UAssisted operates entirely offline on your local machine. No documents, no analysis data, no queries are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. Your confidential business data remains exclusively on your computer.

2.1 During Purchase (via Stripe)
- Email address (for license delivery)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
- Billing information (for invoice generation)
2.2 During License Activation
- Machine ID (a hardware-based identifier unique to your device)
- License key (generated and stored locally)
- Activation timestamp (stored on our license server)
2.3 We DO NOT Collect

🎯 3. How We Use Your Information
- License Management: To generate and validate your software license
- Communication: To send purchase confirmations, license keys, and support responses
- Billing: To process payments and generate invoices
- Support: To provide technical assistance when you contact us
- Improvement: To monitor license server health (no user content involved)
🔒 4. Data Storage & Security
- License Server: Machine IDs and license keys are stored on our secure VPS with Apache/Flask
- Payment Data: All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
- Local Data: Your documents and analysis data are stored only in the
/datas folder on your machine
- Encryption: License keys are cryptographically generated and tied to your specific machine
🌐 5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing (Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy)
- Your VPS Provider: Server hosting (data center security applies)
- Email Service: For license delivery (if applicable)
None of these third parties receive access to your analyzed documents or AI queries.
