📌 1. Agreement Overview
By purchasing, downloading, or using UAssisted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the software.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and FBF Consulting ("Licensor", "we", or "us").
🔑 2. License Grant
2.1 Type of License
UAssisted is licensed, not sold. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software according to these terms.
2.2 Permitted Use
- ✅ Install and use UAssisted on one (1) computer per license
- ✅ Use for personal or commercial business purposes
- ✅ Analyze your own documents and data
- ✅ Receive updates for 12 months from purchase date
2.3 Prohibited Use
You MAY NOT:
- ❌ Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software
- ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- ❌ Share your license key with others
- ❌ Use the software for illegal or unethical purposes
- ❌ Resell, sublicense, or transfer the license without written consent
- ❌ Use the software to process data you do not have rights to analyze
💳 3. Payment & Pricing
- Price: 499 EUR (excluding applicable taxes)
- Payment Processor: Stripe (secure, PCI DSS compliant)
- Currency: Prices displayed in EUR; charged in your local currency equivalent
- Taxes: VAT or sales tax may apply based on your location
- Refunds: See Section 7 (Refund Policy)
🔐 4. License Activation
- Machine-Locked: Each license is tied to a unique Machine ID (hardware identifier)
- Activation Required: Internet connection required once for initial activation
- Offline Use: After activation, UAssisted works 100% offline
- Reactivation: If you change computers, contact support for license transfer (one-time courtesy)
- Multiple Machines: Contact us for volume licensing discounts
⚠️ 5. Disclaimers & Limitations
5.1 AI Accuracy
UAssisted uses AI (Llama 3.2) to analyze documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any critical information before making business decisions.
5.2 No Professional Advice
UAssisted does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.
5.3 No Warranty
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.4 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FBF Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use UAssisted.

- Updates Included: 12 months of free updates from purchase date
- After 12 Months: Software continues to function; optional update extension available (99 EUR/year)
- Support: Email support (support@docudeeper.com) with 48-hour response target
- Major Versions: UAssisted v2.0+ may require separate purchase

If UAssisted does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to conditions.
🚫 8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you:
- Breach any term of this agreement
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Share your license key publicly or commercially
Upon termination, you must cease all use of UAssisted and delete all copies.
🌍 9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krefeld, Germany.
